Boveda One-Step Hygrometer Calibration Kit

Relative Humidity (RH) Level for Tobacco

Sold out

Even if you think your hygrometer doesn’t need to be calibrated, it does—every 6 months. And if your new digital hygrometer says it's pre-calibrated, calibrate it anyway. It's been a lo-o-ong time since that device left the factory, so chances are its humidity readings will be off, way off. Don't chance it!

Find out if your hygrometer is giving accurate readings with the Boveda One-Step Calibration Kit, an easy-to-use, professional-level salt test. Choose the:

  • 75% kit for hygrometers used in a cigar humidor or a cannabis container
  • 32% kit for hygrometers used in musical instrument cases

Individual product dimensions: 5.5" x 7"

Inaccurate hygrometer readings put premium cigars at risk. Precisely calibrate digital and analog hygrometer and humidity sensors, so they give accurate relative humidity (RH) readings of what’s going on inside a humidor.

Patented Boveda is the ultimate salt test! Do-it-yourself calibration methods, like bottle cap salt tests are imprecise and inaccurate.

Easy, mess-free calibration—Simply place a hygrometer or humidity sensor in the airtight high-density bag with the enclosed Boveda humidity pack. Zip closed and check back in 24 hours.

Get precise RH reading in just 24 hours! Depending on the kit, if the hygrometer doesn’t read 75% RH or 32% RH after testing, adjust by the number of points it’s off, then re-test.

Reusable—Good for 3 months after opening (2 years if unopened in original packaging). Re-calibrate a hygrometer or humidity sensor every 6 months to keep it performing effectively.

Do not mix Boveda RH levels within the same humidor, and do not use Boveda in the same humidor with other humidification products. They will fight against each other and reduce the efficiency of the Boveda.
